So, I was at a thing tonight. A belated goal making for the new year kind of thing. We did all this brainstorming of baby step goals. So like, you don't say something lofty like "I'm going to exercise 7 days a week this year!" You say, "I'm going to exercise 2 days a week". Or not, "I'm going to cook healthy meals from scratch for my family every night", you say "I'm going to cook healthy meals from scratch 3 nights a week and the rest will be the easy stuff". You know what I'm saying? Small steps on the way to the big goals. So possibly it will be a good approach for me. To life and stuff.
Anyway, what's my point?
Oh yeah. I'm all talked out.
